Resumes didn't cut it. For years, Cat created brag books to take with her on interviews. Professionally bound, it showed examples of her work and highlighted her skills, personality & passions. It told her hero's journey and when used—she got the job, every time.

Cat and Shanda met back in 2006 at Yahoo with a strong respect for each other's work and a close friendship that continues today. Cat approached Shanda to tackle a fractured career landscape to show that we are all more than our resume. Shanda was hooked.

Having no development experience wasn't accepted as a barrier. They took a 12-week crash course to master a no-code platform and built a prototype of an online brag book.
