Our story

Brag boldly
Resumes didn’t cut it. For years, Cat brought a brag book to her interviews — a professionally bound portfolio that showcased her work, skills, and personality. It told her hero’s journey as a hiring manager in a way a bullet-pointed resume never could. And when she used it, she got the job. Every time.
A shared purpose
Shanda & Cat first met at Yahoo! in 2006, where their respect for each other’s work turned into a lasting friendship. Years later, Cat approached Shanda with a vision — to fix a fractured career landscape and show that people are more than their resumes. Shanda was hooked.
A little bit of grit
With zero development experience, they refused to let that be a barrier. They dove into a 12-week crash course on no-code development, determined to bring their vision online. What started as an experimental “digital brag book” quickly evolved into something bigger. A movement to help others discover and nail their value story.
The missing piece
Enter Marina. A chance meeting turned to a new vision & friendship. When she joined, she helped to transform the early prototype into a powerful AI-driven platform.
